We are looking for a Part-Time Hygienist to join our team at Monroe Family Dentistry! We’re committed to providing modern, conservative care to all our patients, while making them feel like they’re right at home. Our team makes our patients feel confident in their smiles while creating lasting, meaningful relationships along the way.

Location: Monroe, WA 98272
Compensation: $65-72/hr + $5,000 Sign-On Bonus
Schedule: Tuesdays-Thursdays 12pm-8pm

Monroe Family Dentistry is seeking a caring, skilled Part-Time Dental Hygienist to join our friendly, modern practice. We focus on conservative care, lasting relationships, and a welcoming patient experience.

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide hygiene services: prophy, SRP, perio maintenance

  • Educate patients and present treatment plans

  • Take X-rays, maintain records, support infection control

  • Collaborate with the dentist and assist with occasional admin tasks

What You Bring:

  • Associate’s degree in Dental Hygiene

  • Active WA license & CPR/BLS certification

  • Detail-oriented, adaptable, and team-focused
